Deps were reverted in the latest csi-spec 1.7.0-rc3 tag and now it looks much better.

thanks, dep update lgtm now. ping when the actual release tag is cut and this is updated to that

Dependency update lgtm

The KEP references "Tested via e2e and manually using azurefile CSI driver." as a precondition to GA. Is there a link to the e2e exercising this?
